There is much written about our “inner demons.”
I like the idea that we should invite out demons to tea.
What they need is love and compassion.
Afterwards, those demons become out angels.
And so it is with our “enemies”…. and those who challenge us in life.
To greet the imperfect world with an open chest and soft belly is the highest of goals. Emotional maturity, wisdom, and psychological balance are outcomes of approaching life in this way.
